At RY Gadgets (rygadgets.com), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened software or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at the email below.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@rygadgets.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
